We want you to be satisfied with your purchase experience.
Processing:

Orders process within 1-2 business days.  In the occurrence of an unexpected shipping delay, you will be contacted immediately regarding alternative processing options.   

ALL orders placed after 4pm CST will not begin process until the next business day.  (If you place an order on Monday at 4:30pm CST, your order will not be considered "purchased" until opening of business day Tuesday.)


Damages:

Damage claims can only be accepted within three days after the package has been delivered.  Please notify us of any issues with your order quickly so that we can assist you as soon as possible.  If you would like to place a damage claim, please email us (flyingsobies.info@flyingsobies.com) with your order number and a photo of the stated damages.  


Returns and Exchanges:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO EXCHANGES!

EXCHANGES WILL WORK ONLY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS.  YOU HAVE THREE DAYS TO CLAIM A DAMAGE FROM DELIVERY DATE.


CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS FOR DAMAGES AND EXCHANGES.



Handling:

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery from the time the order has COMPLETED processing.  Orders of more than 4 bottles will be shipped separately.

There is a standard handling fee of $6.70 per item.
