Each Sunday, from 12pm CST-7pm CST, The Flying Sobie's Hen House Food Truck is located at Ghost River Brewery for BRUNCH AT THE BREWERY. (827 S. Main) The chef creates different specials that are sure to leave you fully satisfied.

Smokey, juicy Cornish Hen half served with vegetarian baked beans and "The Best Potato Salad in The City."
Breaded and fried until golden brown. Served with Buffalo Sauce.
Pulled and chopped hen mixed with our jalapeno slaw mix. Served on a soft, sweet croissant with lettuce, tomato and Memphis Gold Sauce.
